Cancellation & Rescheduling

The quickest way is the link in your booking emails.

Your booking confirmation, and the reminder we send before your session, both include a link to cancel or reschedule directly. No need to write to us.

If you would rather we handle it, or you can no longer find the email, write to contact@experimentalperfumeclub.com with your booking name and date. The notice periods below apply whichever route you take.

24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Non-refundable.

Discovery sessions run by appointment on set days and times. To cancel or move yours, use the link in your booking email at least 24 hours before your slot, or email us and we will find you another time.

Discovery sessions are non-refundable. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited.

Blending Experiences are fully pre-paid and run by appointment on set days and times.

• Rescheduling: you may move your experience once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new date must fall within your voucher’s validity period, or within 3 months of your original booking if you booked directly.
• Can’t make it at the last minute? Your booking can be transferred to someone else. Email us their name and they take your slot.
• No-shows: if you don’t attend and haven’t told us, the booking is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Blending Experiences are non-refundable, including in the event of a no-show or missed appointment.

48 hours’ notice. Reschedule once, within 6 months. Deposit non-refundable.

Group experiences are secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance settled on the day.

• Rescheduling: you may move your group experience once, with at least 48 hours’ notice. The new date must fall within six months of your original booking.
• Final numbers: please confirm your final headcount at least 48 hours before the event. On the day we collect the balance based on that number, so the total cost less the deposit already paid.
• Transferring: if your group can’t attend, you may pass the booking to another person or group, as long as we have the new participant details at least 48 hours before the event.
• No-shows: if the group doesn’t attend and hasn’t told us, the deposit is forfeited and the booking cannot be rescheduled.

Group experiences are non-refundable, including in the event of a no-show or missed appointment.

Refundable within 30 days if unused. Valid one year from issue. Transferable to anyone.

Like any other product on our website, an experience voucher can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it has not been redeemed or used to make a booking. After 30 days, vouchers are non-refundable.

• All experience vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. You can redeem yours up to and including the expiry date, even if the appointment itself falls after it.
• Vouchers cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers are not tied to a name. If you can’t use yours, gift it to someone else at any point during its validity.

Why the expiry date? Our experiences and pricing evolve over time, and a voucher bought today may not match what we offer in two years. One year gives you plenty of opportunity to redeem it across our weekly sessions.

Each session is prepared for you before you arrive: a Blending Master reserved, materials laid out, your slot held and unavailable to anyone else. Most days are fully booked, so with a little notice we can offer your time to someone on the waiting list, and find you another that suits.
