Fragrance
Does your perfume contain additives or unnecessary ingredients?
No. All EPC fragrances are crafted using the finest ingredients, blending high-quality natural and synthetic materials. All EPC fragrances are formulated without phthalates, parabens, or unnecessary additives. We focus solely on high-quality ingredients that serve the fragrance — nothing more. Our scents are vegan, cruelty-free, and crafted in small batches at our London lab with an emphasis on transparency, quality, and conscious formulation.
Are EPC perfumes refillable?
Yes, many of our fragrances are available with eco-refillable 100ml cartridges.
Can I wear the Essentials and Blends alone?
Absolutely. Each Essential and Blend is designed to be worn individually or layered creatively to craft your own scent.
How long do the fragrances last?
Our perfumes are created with high concentrations (18%–25%) for long-lasting wear and a rich, evolving scent experience.
Are EPC fragrances gendered?
No. All EPC fragrances are unisex and designed to reflect personal style, not traditional gender categories.
Can I reorder my personalised blend?
Yes. You can easily reorder your Signature Blend via our Reorder Your Blend page.
Can I recreate a discontinued perfume or a scent from another brand?
No. We do not offer fragrance matching or duplication services. Our focus is on creating original fragrances with you.
My perfume is not full. Is this normal?
Yes. All fragrances are filled by volume. Small air gaps may appear but the quantity is accurate.
Can I blend using the Discovery Set?
No. The Discovery Set is designed to help you explore our fragrances individually. If you wish to blend and create your own personalised scent, we recommend using our Creation Sets.
Can I blend fragrances from the Blends collection?
No. The Blends are already expertly composed with balanced proportions and are designed to be worn as they are.
Experiences
What happens during a Blending Experience?
Guided by our Blending Experts, you’ll explore our Essentials and Blends, craft your own unique fragrance, and take home a personalised Eau de Parfum.
What’s the difference between the Discovery Session and the Luxe Blending Experience?
The Discovery Session is a fragrance consultation designed to help you explore and select a ready-to-wear scent. The amount paid is redeemable against the purchase of a full-size perfume. Otherwise, you’ll leave with a personalised sample set.
The Luxe Blending Experience is a full fragrance creation session including a 50ml personalised perfume
Can I bring a guest (+1) to my experience?
Experiences are per individual booking. A guest must also book their own place unless otherwise stated.
For Luxe Blending only, a non-paying +1 guest may accompany you. (This is not permitted for Discovery Sessions.)
Are there age restrictions for experiences?
Yes. All participants must be aged 18 or over, due to potential risks linked to skin sensitivity.
Do you create fragrances for businesses or brands?
No. Our blending experiences are designed solely for personal fragrance creation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
My experience voucher has expired. Can I still use it?
If your voucher expired less than 3 months ago, please contact Customer Care to request a potential extension.
Do you provide vouchers for gifting?
Yes. We offer Experience Gift Vouchers redeemable against our workshops and sessions.
Do you provide cash vouchers?
No. We only offer vouchers for experiences and workshops, not for general store credit or cash value.
Course
Who are the courses for?
Our courses are suitable for beginners, fragrance enthusiasts, and those wishing to deepen their perfumery knowledge.
Is the course self-paced?
Yes. You can progress at your own pace, fitting learning around your schedule.
Do I need any materials for the course?
We highly recommend our Perfumer’s Organ Kit, which includes raw materials, tools, and the EPC Formula Handbook.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an EPC Certificate of Achievement.
My course vials are not full. Is this normal?
Yes. Vials are filled by volume. Some space may appear but the quantity provided is accurate.
If I have questions about the course content or want my formula assessed, do you provide further support?
Our team provides technical support for course access and platform issues. For learning and peer support, you can connect with others in our Student Group Community.
We do not offer individual formula feedback or evaluations within the course package.
Do you provide business advice during the course?
No. The course focuses on fragrance creation and perfumery techniques — not business development.
My year of access to the course has expired. What can I do?
Please Contact Us to discuss options if you would like to extend access beyond the standard one-year period.
