Where do we ship to?
We ship to most key countries around the world, listed below by geographical zone.
The quickest way to check is to enter your address at checkout: if we cannot deliver to your destination, it will tell you there. If you are ever unsure, email contact@experimentalperfumeclub.com and we will help.
Please note: the shipping prices shown on this page are an indication. They may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and the final cost is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Free returns within the UK, see Returns. Channel Islands and Isle of Man: tracked shipping £15, 3–5 working days, returns at your expense. Most parcels are sent with Royal Mail, with large parcels and Express sent by FedEx. The courier may vary and can change.

Shipped from our US warehouse in New Jersey, so no customs delays and nothing to pay on delivery.

Light orders under 300g (samples, 10ml) ship from $5, large parcels from $18, priced automatically at checkout. Made-to-order fragrances are blended in London and shipped from the UK.

Made-to-order perfumes are blended in London, are not available in Spain, and require your Codice Fiscale in Italy.

Sent by DHL or FedEx Express. Canadian import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by you on delivery. Returns are not possible from Canada, as air transport regulations do not allow perfume to be returned, though this does not apply to damaged or faulty orders.

Sent by DHL or FedEx Express. Local customs duties and import taxes are not included and are payable by you on delivery. Returns are not possible from these destinations, as air transport regulations do not allow perfume to be returned. We only ship to the countries listed on this page.
Made-to-order perfumes
Made-to-order perfumes, including reorders of the fragrance you created in an experience and other bespoke blends, are hand-blended for you in London and dispatched from the UK, wherever you are in the world.
As each one is made specifically for you, please allow a little longer for dispatch than our ready-to-ship fragrances. Made-to-order perfumes cannot be returned.
Delivery times, delays and changing your address
Orders are dispatched the same or next working day, and you will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships. The delivery times shown above run from dispatch.
Transit times are indicative. Delays outside our control — courier handling, customs clearance, or a request to change the delivery address — may extend them further.
We may need to request an ID number for customs clearance in certain countries, such as Italy, Spain and Norway. Your order may also be delayed if your address is incomplete or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will email you if so.
Changing your delivery address: if you need to change your address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that we may be unable to make changes, as your order will already be dispatched.
Cancelling an order: orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. For orders outside the UK, EU and US, please allow up to 40 days from dispatch before we can process a cancellation, refund or replacement.
Why perfume travels differently
Perfume is classified as a flammable product for international transport. It cannot travel by air in the way most parcels do, it needs specific labelling and packaging, and it is handled under dangerous goods rules by every courier who carries it.
This makes shipping fragrance genuinely costly, far more than its size or weight suggests. We absorb most of that cost, so what you pay at checkout is only a portion of the real price.
It is also why returns work differently for perfume, and why we cannot accept returns from outside the UK, EU and US.
Taxes and customs
- UK, EU and US: all taxes and duties are included at checkout. Nothing to pay on delivery.
- Everywhere else: local duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery and are your responsibility.
Customs clearance is outside our control and can extend delivery times without notice. We may need to request an ID number for clearance in certain countries, such as Italy, Spain and Norway.
