Cedarwood Absinth

Eau de Parfum

$160

Woody. Leathery. Aromatic.
Collection: Base (deep)

A rich leathery fragrance unashamedly herbaceous, sultry and powerful.

Aromatic wormwood oil gives the scent of Absinth. Cypriol roots bring a powerful earthy, balsamic undertone, bolstered by Virginia and Atlas Cedar, and patchouli. A rich leathery scent that begins fresh, before softening to a sensual woody-tobacco signature.

Cardamom Moss

Spicy. Mineral. Fresh.
Collection: Top (fresh)

A swirl of spices wrapped in salty waves of mineral mosses and Ambroxan.

A scent of dualities pairing cool and warm spices. Zingy ginger fuses with warm turmeric, cool cardamon is juxtaposed with the depth of cinnamon. An overdose of Ambroxan and moss gives way to velvety, salt-tinged woods wrapped into a hint of caramelised tobacco and powdery musks.

Gourmand. Nutty. Woody.
Collection: Mid (mellow)

An utterly delectable combination of gourmand notes and woods; fused in perfect harmony.

Green hazelnuts, almonds and tonka beans all swirl around a delightful sesame. Heliotrope bolsters the nutty notes and hints of rice, whilst earthy patchouli and cedarwood ground the fragrance. A toasty scent that smells good enough to eat.

Crisp. Green. Fresh. Natural.
Collection: Top (fresh)

The crunch of fresh herbs and fig leaves in a Mediterranean garden in bloom.

The soothing embrace of orange blossom absolute, the radiance of neroli and the verdant essence of fig leaves, basil, and petitgrain contrast with the earthiness of vetiver and the warmth of iris and benzoin. A meditative walk in a Mediterranean garden at the end of a hot summer day.

A backstreet Absinthe bar in Paris, a place of scandal; all low-lights, dark leathers and emerald velvets, curls of smoke hanging in the air. The herbaceous scent rising as water is slowly poured over the Absinthe, drip by drip. Earthy leathers are pierced with spicy saffron: the warmth of the fire beside the armchair in the corner. Cypriol Nagarmotha swirl together; exotic spices linger over tenaciously dark woods. Cedarwood, Amberwoods and patchouli soften it all to ensure it’s a place you can’t help but want to come back to.

Can I wear the Essentials on their own?

Yes! Each Essential is a fully composed fragrance with a minimalist olfactory signature, designed around a few strong ingredients. They can be worn alone or blended with other Essentials to create a personalised scent, following The Art of Blending by EPC concept.

How do I blend the Essentials together?

Essentials are designed to be blended between categories—always mix from Fresh (Yellow), Mellow (Pink), or Deep (Blue). You can experiment at home with a Creation Set, visit our boutique for an Experience, or explore blending with a Discovery Set.

What’s the meaning behind the Essential Collection colours?

In the Essential Collection, each colour represents a scent category designed to guide your fragrance experience:Yellow = Fresh, Pink = Mellow, Blue = Deep. You can enjoy each scent on its own, or blend across categories to create a more personalised and balanced fragrance — for example, adding depth to a fresh scent, or softness to something bold.

What is the difference between Essentials and Blends?

Essentials are structured, minimalist eau de parfum designed for blending, while Blends are pre-composed, layered fragrances created by blending multiple Essentials. The choice depends on your preference for a clean and minimalist scent or amore complex, layered perfume.

Are the Essentials long-lasting?

Yes, each Essential follows a structured formula made to last and are fully-fledged original perfumes. Base note Essentials (Blue label) have the most longevity, while Top notes (Yellow label) are fresher, gradually transitioning into the deeper notes.

Can I blend Essentials with the Blends?

We don’t recommend blending Essentials with Blends, as the Blends have already been composed for the best olfactory result. Further blending may distort their balance. However, you can explore different styles through our Discovery Set, which includes all categories to help you find your perfect match.
