Delivery Information

All orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days from the UK from receiving an order.

All delivery time frames indicated during checkout start from the dispatched date (order completion).

UK DELIVERY
Delivery via Royal Mail 1-2 working days from being processed
In-store collection available within 2 working days from receiving an order.

UK returns:
Free in the UK within 28 days receipt of goods.
Must be returned, unopened and with its sealing sticker

DELIVERY TO EUROPE
Tracked. All taxes are pre-paid at purchase, there are no further charges upon receipt. Delivery times are typically 3-15 working days but may vary from one country to another. In rare circumstances, longer times may be required due to customs clearance.

EU returns:

Returns from Europe is eligible within 28 days of being received and at the customer’s expense. 

Must be returned, unopened and with its sealing sticker

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Tracked available to 25 international countries. Delivery times are typically 3-15 working days but may vary from one country to another. International shipping restrictions on perfumes apply. May require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. These are not covered in our shipping rates. The value declared for customs purpose is the value of the physical item shipped (shipping fees and digital content will not be included in customs declaration). International restrictions apply: we do not ship to all countries, enter your address at checkout to check whether we deliver to your address.

Rest of the world returns:

Due to shipping restrictions on perfumes by air, perfume items cannot be returned from international addresses (outside Europe).

All our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and we exclusively use paper wrappers. We do not use any plastic wrapper or tape.

Free Sample

Your order for this product will arrive with a free sample of the same fragrance* (subject to availability) so you can try it before opening the full-size bottle.

Should you not be satisfied with the scent you have chosen; you can return your unopened full size product and get a refund** (you may keep the sample)

*Offer valid for 50ml and 100ml products and excludes travel size 10ml.
**Returns are free in the UK but are at the customer’s expense in Europe. All other international destinations are not eligible for returns due to shipping restrictions. Check our Delivery and Returns policy. Returns are not accepted on made to measure fragrances.
