Your 50ml bottle is individually blended on-demand at the EPC Lab and send to you beautifully presented in its box. The name of your fragrance will be printed on the label.

We blend your fragrance by hand and individually, therefore, the blending process is completely hand-made and bespoke. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your refill for standard delivery. 

When ordering your fragrance, please make sure you have checked with our team we have your formula on contact@experimentalperfumeclub.com.

We do not keep formulae on files for those who attended a group workshop. We only keep a copy formulae created during 1-2-1 appointments.

Important notes:

  • Before placing your order, please send us a copy of your formula. We require all formulae to be sent to us via emails on contact@experimentalperfumeclub.com (including if you have ordered it from us before)
  • Because we make your fragrance on demand and it’s a process that takes time, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your fragrance to be created. If your enquiry is urgent and you need it batched within 1 week of placing your order, please proceed with your order and email us to pay the additional charge for urgent enquiry, starting from £15 per bottle for fragrance created with 1 week notice
  • Please add the exact date of your workshop or private session and in the note at checkout your accurate formula if you have not shared it with us via email before. 
  • If your request is urgent, please add it in the note and we’ll try our best to blend it before.
  • Where we do not keep a copy of your formula (ie: in group workshops), we will blend your formula in accordance with the measurements and description provided by you, therefore, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements and descriptions are correct.
  • Your fragrance may be at a concentration of Eau de toilette or Eau de parfum depending on the ingredients chosen and used during your workshop. 
  • Your label will be printed with the name indicated during your order.

All orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days from the UK from receiving an order.

All delivery time frames indicated during checkout start from the dispatched date (order completion).

UK DELIVERY
Delivery via Royal Mail 1-2 working days from being processed
In-store collection available within 2 working days from receiving an order.

UK returns:
Free in the UK within 28 days receipt of goods.
Must be returned, unopened and with its sealing sticker

DELIVERY TO EUROPE
Tracked. All taxes are pre-paid at purchase, there are no further charges upon receipt. Delivery times are typically 3-15 working days but may vary from one country to another. In rare circumstances, longer times may be required due to customs clearance.

EU returns:

Returns from Europe is eligible within 28 days of being received and at the customer’s expense. 

Must be returned, unopened and with its sealing sticker

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Tracked available to 25 international countries. Delivery times are typically 3-15 working days but may vary from one country to another. International shipping restrictions on perfumes apply. May require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. These are not covered in our shipping rates. The value declared for customs purpose is the value of the physical item shipped (shipping fees and digital content will not be included in customs declaration). International restrictions apply: we do not ship to all countries, enter your address at checkout to check whether we deliver to your address.

Rest of the world returns:

Due to shipping restrictions on perfumes by air, perfume items cannot be returned from international addresses (outside Europe).

All our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and we exclusively use paper wrappers. We do not use any plastic wrapper or tape.
