Workshop FAQs

We hope you'll find the answers to your questions below

Head over to the workshop you’d like to book (links below), select an available date and time you’d like to attend and proceed to the checkout.

Book your space here for the half day Apprentice Workshop
Book your space here for the full day Expert Masterclass

You will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking, before receiving an email reminder a few days before the workshop.

2. Where are the workshops held?

Workshops are hosted at Experimental Perfume Club, 53 Monmouth Street, WC2H 9DG (nearest tube stations are Covent Garden and Leicester Square).

Reminder emails with details about your workshop are sent to the email address of the person who made the booking.

3. I have a voucher, how do I use it?

Step 1: Head over to the workshop you’d like to book (links below)

Step 2: Select the date and time of the workshop you’d like to attend and the number of attendees

Step 3: Enter your coupon code at checkout.

Book your space here for the half day Apprentice Workshop
Book your space here for the full day Expert Masterclass

Once your voucher code has been applied, the amount due in your basket will revert back to zero. You can then proceed as normal by entering your details.

4. My voucher code doesn’t work or is not recognised

Please make sure you have entered the correct voucher code and that it has not expired. We recommend that you copy and paste the code from the original confirmation email.

If you are not able to retrieve the correct voucher code, please get in touch with our team on bookings@experimentalperfumeclub.com to help you find it.

5. Can I cancel or reschedule my workshop?

Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. We require 15 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled workshop.

If you are giving us less than 15 days notice and can not attend your workshop, bookings can be transferred to another person of your choice, however we will not be able to reschedule or refund your ticket. (Read our full T&Cs).

6. The workshops are already sold out

We are experiencing high demand and workshops can sell out quickly.

We host between 5 to 6 workshops a month across both the Apprentice and Expert workshops, and the quickest way to find out about future availability is to sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage (please check your spam or promotion folder for newsletters) or to regularly check our website.

We recommend that you book your space as soon as we release dates in order to avoid any disappointment.

7. I can’t attend the dates currently advertised

If you’re unable to attend any of the available dates, you will need to wait for the next release of workshops which are communicated via our newsletter (sign up at the bottom of our homepage) and on our social media platforms.

8. I can’t see workshop dates later than the ones showing on the site

We release new workshop dates on a monthly basis, up to 2 months prior to the next availability. Sign up to our newsletter (head to the bottom of our homepage) to be the first to know when we release new dates.

9. How do I get notified of future dates?

Please sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to receive new workshop release dates. Make sure to check your spam folder or add our newsletter email inthenose@experimentalperfumeclub.com to your contact list.

Please note we do not send individual emails relating to new workshop dates.

10. Are there only group workshops on Fridays and Saturdays?

Yes we host our group workshops on Fridays afternoon and Saturdays morning. Saturdays are the most popular days and tend to sell out the quickest, so make sure to book your space promptly to avoid disappointment.

11. How many workshops are there a month?

We aim to host between 5 to 6 workshops a month. Full day Expert Masterclass are hosted more occasionally. Each workshop welcomes up to 11 participants.

The number of dates we host is enough to cater for all demands, for voucher holders and new bookings.

However, it is up to each individual to book their space and we do not send individual email reminders to those with a voucher.

12. Is there a waiting list for workshops?

Unfortunately, we do not keep a waiting list. It is up to each individual to book their space and we do not send individual email reminders.

You can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on our social media to hear about last minute availability.

13. I’m not receiving EPC’s emails and newsletters

It is possible that our emails are being received in your spam or promotion box. Please check your spam folder or enter our newsletter email address inthenose@experimentalperfumeclub.com in your contacts.

All individual communications are sent to the email address associated with the original purchase or booking. We do not send communications to the recipient of the voucher as we may not have their direct contact details.

If you made a booking or purchased a voucher for someone else, it’s your responsibility to forward any communications to the recipient of the booking or voucher.

14. Can I get a refund for my voucher?

Unfortunately, we do not refund vouchers and they must be used within their validity date:

  • 12 months from purchase date for the group workshops
  • 12 months for the 1-2-1 experiences
15. Why is it not possible to cancel or get a refund if I can not attend the workshop I have booked?

You are eligible to reschedule your workshop by giving us a minimum notice of 15 days prior to your workshop date.

If you give us a shorter notice, we will not be able to reschedule your booking.

Like all ticketed events with limited spaces, we have cancellation policy, to which you have agreed to when placing your order. Our Terms & Conditions clearly stipulate our policies and we actively highlight these before and after purchase.

We host workshops with a limited number of participants and as a result get fully booked weeks in advance. We also experience high demand and have to turn down other enquiries once a workshop is fully booked.

Because our workshops last from half day to full day, it is impossible to find a replacement for late cancellation as attendees need to make previous arrangements.

We want to make sure our experiences remain of the best quality and enjoyable for those attending. Late cancellations are not only difficult to fill, but impact the quality of our experiences for others.

Attendees unable to join will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling to a later date, under any circumstances, whether it is for a personal or professional emergency.

16. My voucher has expired, can I still redeem it?

All vouchers are valid 12 months from purchase. An expired voucher can unfortunately not be redeemed and will not be extended.

17. I cannot attend because of Covid-related reason

Read our T&Cs for our cancellation policy.

A note from our team

We are making our very best to accommodate everybody’s requests and to continue providing the best experience for our attendees to enjoy. We would like to remind our attendees to be mindful and considerate of our team and the effort we are making to provide everyone with the best possible experience.

Enquiries for refunds or cancellations will only be considered if they abide by our T&Cs.

We hope you have found the answer to your questions, but if you have any outstanding queries, please email us.
